That’s right!

Dancing started for Michel at a very young age. Her family used to throw New Year’s Eve parties and when the music played, the shy, inquisitive young Michel couldn’t help but move her body around to the beats and rhythms! Her mother noticed:

“[Michel] can dance!”

As a little girl, she used to watch music videos over and over until the dance moves became second nature. Even more than dancing, she loved choreography! She used to teach her sisters and cousins and they’d perform it for the family during holidays! Michel has taken dance classes since she was 11 years old and loves hip hop most but also has experience in salsa, modern, and African dance. In 2020, she became certified to teach as a Zumba Instructor. Michel teaches virtual Zumba classes by appointment only. Please schedule below if you have any interest!
